A statement piece that can fit in with any situation in your life where its overwhelming or frustrating. I've gotten to the point where if it isn't helping me it needs to be removed, walked away from and/or ignored. I have my days where I care too much but I truly feel so much better when I'm not too consumed by things I can't control or situation I refuse to deal with. Not caring sometimes actually works for me. Protecting my peace and sanity is a work in progress.
